نجتمع اليوم في هذه القاعة، لا لنتحدث فقط، بل لنصنع مستقبلًا جديدًا، نرسم فيه معالم التعاون والشراكة بين الشباب العربي والأوروبي. نحن هنا لأننا نؤمن أن دورنا يتجاوز الكلمات، نحن هنا لأن لدينا مسؤولية، ومسؤوليتنا أن نحول هذا البرلمان إلى قوة حقيقية لصنع القرار والتأثير في مستقبل أمتنا وشعوبنا.

غزة.. الجرح النازف والموقف الثابت

لا يمكن أن نتحدث عن مستقبل دون أن نتوقف عند حاضرنا، وأي حاضرٍ هذا الذي نشهده في غزة؟! هناك، حيث يُكتب التاريخ بدماء الأبرياء، حيث الأطفال لا يعرفون إلا صوت القصف، والسماء لا تمطر إلا نيرانًا. غزة ليست مجرد مدينة، غزة هي صرخة كل مناضل، هي القضية التي لا تموت، هي العهد الذي لا يسقط. وأقولها بكل وضوح: لن نقبل بأي محاولة لتغيير الحقائق، لن نسمح بتهجير الفلسطينيين من أرضهم، ولن يكون هناك مستقبل من دون عدالة.

التطرف لا وطن له.. وعلينا مواجهته معًا

في الوقت الذي تنزف فيه غزة، شهدت أوروبا حوادث إرهابية تهدد استقرار مجتمعاتها، وهذا يؤكد لنا شيئًا واحدًا: الإرهاب لا يعرف الحدود، والتطرف لا يحمل جنسية. علينا أن ندرك أن المواجهة الحقيقية لا تكون بالكلمات فقط، بل بتعزيز التعاون الأمني، ودعم سياسات تحصين الشباب من الفكر المتطرف، وخلق فرص جديدة تبعدهم عن طريق العنف.

التعاون العربي الأوروبي.. شراكة لا بديل عنها

نحن لسنا خصومًا، بل شركاء في هذا العالم، نواجه تحديات متشابهة، من الأمن والاستقرار إلى التغيرات الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية. إذا أردنا بناء عالم أكثر أمانًا وعدالة، فعلينا أن نكون صفًا واحدًا، نواجه التطرف بالحوار، والفقر بالتنمية، واليأس بالأمل. هذه ليست شعارات، بل استراتيجية يجب أن نتبناها ونعمل عليها بصدق.

دور الشباب.. من المفعول به إلى الفاعل الحقيقي

لطالما كان يُنظر إلى الشباب على أنهم وقود الأزمات أو ضحايا السياسات، لكننا هنا اليوم لنعيد كتابة هذا الدور. نحن لسنا مجرد متابعين للأحداث، نحن من يجب أن يصنعها. لدينا القدرة، لدينا الطاقة، ولدينا العزيمة لنكون صُنّاع القرار، لا مجرد متلقين له.

نحن بيننا وبين الموت إيه عشان نخاف أصلًا؟

هذه ليست مجرد عبارة، بل هي فلسفة حياة. من يؤمن بقضيته، من يدافع عن حقه، من يرفض الظلم، لا يخاف. الخوف لم يكن يومًا خيارًا لمن يسعون لتغيير الواقع، بل الإرادة، العزيمة، والإيمان بأننا قادرون على صناعة مستقبل مختلف.

رسالة إلى الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي

وقبل أن أختم، لا بد أن أوجه تحية إلى قائدٍ آمن بالشباب، ودفع بمصر نحو مستقبل جديد، نحو دولة قوية قادرة على فرض إرادتها وصنع قرارها. يا سيادة الرئيس، نحن معك، ليس فقط لأنك رئيسنا، بل لأنك كنت معنا في كل خطوة، في كل تحدٍ، وفي كل حلم أردنا تحقيقه. معك، عرفنا أن المستحيل مجرد كلمة، ومعك، سنواصل بناء الوطن الذي نحلم به.

أقولها بوضوح، هذا البرلمان ليس مجرد قاعة للاجتماعات، بل يجب أن يكون منصة لصناعة القرار، وحلقة وصل بين شعوبنا، وجسرًا بين قارتين يجمعهما المصير المشترك. التغيير لا يُنتظر، بل يُصنع، ونحن هنا اليوم لنصنعه

Mr. President, esteemed members of the Arab-European Youth Parliament,

The will of the people is stronger than any challenge

We gather today in this chamber not merely to speak, but to shape a new future—one in which we outline the foundations of cooperation and partnership between Arab and European youth. We are here because we believe our role goes beyond words. We are here because we carry a responsibility: to transform this parliament into a real force for decision-making and meaningful influence over the future of our nations and our peoples.

Gaza… the bleeding wound and the unwavering stance

We cannot speak about the future without confronting our present—and what a present it is in Gaza. There, history is being written with the blood of the innocent. Children know nothing but the sound of bombardment, and the sky rains nothing but fire. Gaza is not merely a city; it is the cry of every freedom fighter. It is the cause that never dies, the promise that never fades. I say it clearly: we will not accept any attempt to distort the truth. We will not allow the displacement of Palestinians from their land, and there can be no future without justice.

Extremism has no homeland… and we must confront it together

At a time when Gaza is bleeding, Europe has witnessed terrorist incidents threatening the stability of its societies. This tells us one thing: terrorism knows no borders, and extremism carries no nationality. We must understand that real confrontation goes beyond words. It requires strengthening security cooperation, supporting policies that protect youth from extremist ideologies, and creating new opportunities that steer them away from violence.

Arab-European cooperation… a partnership with no alternative

We are not adversaries, but partners in this world. We face similar challenges—from security and stability to economic and technological transformations. If we seek to build a safer and more just world, we must stand united: confronting extremism with dialogue, poverty with development, and despair with hope. These are not mere slogans, but a strategy we must genuinely adopt and implement.

The role of youth… from objects to true actors

For too long, youth have been seen as either fuel for crises or victims of policies. Today, we are here to rewrite that narrative. We are not mere observers of events—we are the ones who must shape them. We have the ability, the energy, and the determination to be decision-makers, not just recipients.

What stands between us and death that we should fear it at all?

This is not just a phrase—it is a philosophy of life. Those who believe in their cause, who defend their rights, who reject injustice, do not fear. Fear has never been an option for those who seek change. Instead, it is willpower, determination, and faith in our ability to create a different future that drives us forward.

A message to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi

Before I conclude, I must extend my salute to a leader who believed in youth and propelled Egypt toward a new future—a strong state capable of asserting its will and shaping its decisions. Mr. President, we stand with you—not only because you are our president, but because you have stood with us in every step, every challenge, and every dream we sought to achieve. With you, we learned that the impossible is just a word—and with you, we will continue building the nation we aspire to.

Conclusion

I say it clearly: this parliament must not be merely a hall for meetings. It must be a platform for decision-making, a link between our peoples, and a bridge between two continents bound by a shared destiny. Change is not something to be awaited—it is something to be made. And today, we are here to make it.
